All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Offline never stores full card numbers or bank account credentials. Stripe's privacy policy governs how payment data is handled on their infrastructure.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share your information only with service providers necessary to operate Offline (Stripe for payments, email providers for notifications), and when required by law. We never share data with advertisers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Requests can be made by contacting us. For EU and UK residents, additional rights apply under GDPR and UK GDPR.
